Scandinavian Style 10 July 2009 Grafik No. 175 includes a feature on Illustrators who are Scandinavian... so it is quite an honour to be included since I can't actually claim to be Scandinavian – as much as I'd like to. But I am surrounded by teak, cheerful ceramics and bold textiles – and that really seems to have done the trick! Or perhaps it was my love affair with Björn Wiinblad (the Danish illustrator who worked with Rosenthal for many years), or welcoming Tove Jansson and her Moomins into my home.
