Barrad bikes in the night in Berlin
Despite the sleeping polar bear clinging to the big bear's back, this was drawn long before Knut mania hit town (the Berlin zoo's polar bear and star attraction).

It is, in fact, a picture of Steve and I on a late night Berlin bike ride – I blindly follow the leader while absorbing the city as it passes.

This picture was made in response to the question "What makes Berlin addictive?" and was exhibited in China as part of a program to build cultural bridges between Berlin and China.
